Taiwan & South Korea Mission: Seoul

The Investment Mission was part of the “Global Business Leaders Series: Focus on Canada” organized by Invest in Canada. The series features investment missions to select countries throughout the world to highlight the advantages of investing in Canada and to showcase specific opportunities. With support from the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei (CTOT) and the Embassy of Canada in South Korea, the event featured seminars on investing in Canada, Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings between Taiwanese and Korean companies and CCCA member cities, site visits to local technology companies and networking opportunities. This mission highlighted Canada’s investment opportunities in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), Life Sciences as it relates to Robotics and Sustainable Technologies. Eight CCCA member cities attended this event.
