Updated: Oct 28, 2022

A conversation with Rebecca Goldsack

We talked with Rebecca Goldsack - the Chief Operating Officer at Diesel Tech Industries based in Edmonton, Alberta. The company is using AI to optimize its dual-fuel technologies. In this interview, we discuss Canada's value proposition to clean tech and hydrogen companies, opportunities and challenges faced by companies, and Canada's 2050 Hydrogen Vision.

Canada's Vision For Hydrogen in 2050

The Hydrogen Strategy for Canada lays out an ambitious framework for actions that will cement hydrogen as a tool to achieve our goal of net-zero emissions by 2050 and position Canada as a global, industrial leader of clean renewable fuels.

This strategy shows that by 2050, clean hydrogen can help us achieve a net-zero goal while creating jobs, growing the economy, and protecting the environment. This will require switching from fossil fuels to zero-emissions fuel sources, taking advantage of new regulatory environments, and embracing new technologies to give Canadians more choices. This holds enormous potential for global companies to grow in the hydrogen sector.
